The Pali (Cliff or Precipice in Hawaiian) is unit #401.  Completely renovated in April 2006 with refreshing and open themes throughout, this fourth-floor studio sleeps two in the sleeping area and a twin trundle bed in the living/dining room provides an additional sleeping area with a second twin bed that pulls out.  The unit is located on the north corner of the main condo building, providing ultimate privacy.  The spacious wrap-around lanai provides an additional 200+ square-feet for dining, reading or just enjoying panoramic ocean and mountain views.   The open lanai and the vinyl sliding glass doors/windows provide plenty of cool ocean breezes throughout the unit. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a range/oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee-maker, dishes, utensils, and a multi-purpose counter/bar for dining and entertaining. Other amenities include: phone with free local calls, cable TV, video & book library for all ages, linens, beach towels, and an inside washer/dryer.
